Preview a reusable design, then publish it to your public sample portfolio. Only the sample designs you publish appear there, with your business name. Client invitations, uploaded photos and personal details stay private. Update or unpublish samples when your collection changes.

Keep a wedding checklist, day-of timeline, budget and vendor contacts alongside each invitation. These planning tools belong to the invitation, so your team can build a service around each celebration. Planning details are separate from the guest-facing invitation.

Your business workspace gets 15% off invitation plans and extra RSVP packs. No code or subscription is needed. Create each client invitation inside your business workspace to receive the discount; personal invitations use standard prices.

International business pricing · charged in USD. Your payment provider handles conversion from your local currency.

All design features are included. When you upgrade, what you already paid for your plan is credited against the discounted price of the new tier. Existing reserved checkouts keep their original amount and currency.

Give your team a shared workspace.

Create a business workspace and invite managers through private, revocable links. Each person signs in with their own account. Managers can design client invitations, manage guests and pay to publish. The business owner controls team membership and retains ownership of the invitations and purchases.

Get the practical information together.

Gather approved names, event timings, venues, directions and the household list. Confirm which guests are invited to which functions. Ask the family to approve any photographs, personal stories and public contact information.

Give each client a private review.

Invite your client to preview their saved invitation, leave feedback and approve the design. Client access is limited to that invitation, with no editing, guest-list or payment access. Approval is tied to the version they reviewed. Further edits need a fresh approval when approval is required for publishing.

Use only the guest information you need.

Agree a reply deadline and review the headcount by event. Share limited vendor exports rather than a full guest list. Every plan includes design features; the RSVP allowance determines which response details the host can view and export.

Need a service beyond Studio?

Contact hello@invytes.me before promising a client a custom domain, done-for-you design or a separate commercial arrangement. Existing invitation plans apply per client event. There is no workspace subscription or pooled RSVP allowance; each invitation has its own purchase and guest allowance.
