A beautiful invitation. A clearer headcount.

Give guests one place to find the day and send their reply. Give yourself one place to review it.

Invite the household, explain the events

Create household links and assign the relevant events. A reception-only guest should see an invitation that makes sense on its own. Check a sample household before sharing the whole list.

Choose a useful set of questions

Attendance, party size, dietary needs and a short note cover many celebrations. Make extra practical requests in your event notes, and use a private conversation for sensitive information. Do not ask guests to repeat information you already have.

Understand your allowance

Essential includes 100 RSVP guest details, Celebration 300 and Unlimited has no cap. Every reply is accepted. Capacity limits affect the details the host can read, not whether a guest can respond. A household is kept together when capacity is reached.

Turn replies into a plan

Review attendance by event, follow up personally with guests who have not replied, and export the details available on your plan. Share only the fields each vendor needs. A caterer does not need the full family guest list.
