These Terms of Service govern your use of Invytes. Invytes is a brand operated by Anura Enterprises (GSTIN 30DSIPM2791H1ZO), located at Goa, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Invytes lets you create, customize and publish digital wedding invitations, collect RSVPs, and manage guests. You can preview an invitation for free and pay a one-time fee per invitation to publish it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Payment & license

Payment is a one-time fee per invitation, with no subscription. Prices are shown before checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to publish and share that invitation for your personal, non-commercial event.

Cancellations & refunds

Invytes delivers digital products immediately on payment, so all purchases are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or infringing
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service

Guest data

As the host, you are the controller of the guest and RSVP data you collect through your invitation, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully and respectfully.

Intellectual property

Template designs, software and branding remain the property of Invytes. The content you add to your invitation remains yours.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invytes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant invitation.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
