No returns, no refunds

Invytes sells digital products that are delivered instantly on payment. Because every purchase is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once a payment is completed.

Digital delivery

There is no physical shipping. Your purchase is delivered digitally and made available on your account and your published invitation link immediately after a successful payment.

Try before you pay

You can customize your invitation and preview the complete live experience for free before paying. No purchase is required to preview — please preview everything you need before you publish, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged more than once for the same invitation, or a payment failed but money was deducted by your bank, contact us and we’ll investigate and reverse any duplicate or erroneous charge. This is a correction of a billing error, not a product refund.
